Multiplaza San Pedro
Multiplaza San Pedro Sula offers a large number of stores, supermarkets, a remodeled and contemporary food court and a variety of commercial and cultural activities, all encompassed within 19,000 m2.
Multiplaza Tegucigalpa offers visitors 150 stores, 6 Cinemark movie screens, a financial center, restaurants, and parking for more than 1,300 vehicles in its 40,000 m2, along with an activity calendar that entertains Honduran families year round. In December 2009, the shopping center’s third phase was inaugurated where internationally renowned brands including Zara, MNG, Lacoste, Nine West and Aldo opened, generating a great deal of customer excitement. Multiplaza La Felicidad
Multiplaza La Felicidad* will be a metropolitan project located in Bogota´s western area, at the corner of 13th Street and Boyacá Avenue, two of the most important and heavily-transited city motorways. The shopping center will have approximately 65,000 m2 and is projected to open in 2016.
The shopping center will house some 250 nationally and internationally-known shops, food courts, restaurants, generous entertainment opportunities and approximately 2,600 parking spaces split between two basement levels.
Multiplaza’s design takes full advantage of existing green areas, thus complying with local building regulations and providing future visitors with an innovative and ecofriendly design.
